- The account credentials received were invalid or non-functional upon delivery.
- The boost service was not performed or was performed incorrectly according to the purchase description.
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order with proof of purchase and relevant details.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The user provided incorrect or incomplete information when placing the order.
- The digital product or account credentials were successfully delivered and accessed by the customer.
- The delay was caused by maintenance or issues within the game servers.
- The user violated the Terms and Conditions after delivery.
